Your treatment is delivered monthly, timed to arrive before you run out. We use Royal Mail for all UK
deliveries.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all UK addresses, including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order ships.

Missed Delivery?

Royal Mail will leave a card if you're not home. You can collect from your local delivery office or arrange redelivery.

Didn't Receive Your Order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, contact us and we'll investigate. If it's lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns

Because we supply prescription medication, we cannot accept returns once your order has been dispatched. This is a legal requirement for all pharmacy products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong items, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel an order before it’s dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel or recall orders.

Refunds

When You'll Get a Refund:

  • Not approved for treatment: Full refund, no questions asked

  • Order not received (lost in transit): Full refund or replacement (your choice)

  • Damaged/incorrect items: Full refund or replacement

  • Cancelled before dispatch: Full refund within 5–7 working days

When We Can't Offer a Refund:

  • Change of mind after dispatch (prescription medication cannot be returned)

  • Dissatisfaction with treatment results (treatment effectiveness varies)

Managing Your Subscription

Pause

You can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months from your account. Your next delivery will be rescheduled automatically.

Cancel

Cancel anytime in two clicks from your account. No cancellation fees. Your current month's order will still be delivered if already dispatched.

Change Address

Update your delivery address from your account at any time. Changes apply to your next order.
