Where's my order?

Track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email. You can also check your order status in your account.

What if I'm not home?

Royal Mail will leave a card if you're not home. You can collect from your local delivery office or arrange redelivery online.

Missing

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate. If it's lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

What if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can update your delivery address from your account settings. Changes apply to your next order.

Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Use our returns portal to start the process.

How to return an item

Start a return through our returns portal in your account. You'll receive a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.

Most items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Prescription medication cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Refunds

When will I get my refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

What can't I get a refund for?

  • Items that are damaged or not in original condition.

  • Returns requested after 30 days from purchase.

  • Gift cards and personalized items.

Managing Your Subscription

Pause

You can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months from your account. Your next delivery will be rescheduled automatically.

Cancel

Cancel anytime in two clicks from your account. No cancellation fees. Your current month's order will still be delivered if already dispatched.

Change Address

Update your delivery address from your account at any time. Changes apply to your next order.
